Join us for an invigorating Vinyasa Flow yoga class where you can harmonize your breath with movement. 🌬️✨ This session is beginner-friendly (Level 1) and open to everyone, regardless of experience!

Instructor: Itzel Velazquez, a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor and owner of Mi Yoga Co. 🧘‍♀️
