Join us for an insightful CPD workshop focused on integrating Pilates into dance training to enhance children's strength, posture, and focus! 🎉 Led by bbodance examiner and STOTT Pilates mat work instructor, Lucy Evans, this workshop will cover:
- Age-appropriate Pilates techniques for young dancers
- The benefits of incorporating Pilates in dance classes
- Practical exercises designed for students pursuing vocational training
🌈 Teachers are invited to bring up to two of their own students to participate in this unique experience! Don't forget to bring your own mat! 🧘♀️✨
