Walk ’n’ Talk is a unique opportunity to engage in mindful walking with fellow participants. This isn't about silent reflection; it's about clearing your mind while enjoying a friendly conversation during your walk! 🚶♀️💬
Experience the joy of walking and its numerous benefits! From aiding physical health to lowering blood pressure, enhancing mood, and managing stress, this activity promotes overall well-being. 🏃♂️✨ Better sleep is just one of the many advantages you'll reap from our mindful discussions, contributing to a robust immune system, effective weight management, and heightened productivity.
Join us at the square on the corner of Yurong and Stanley Street, Darlinghurst at 7:15 PM, and we’ll begin walking to Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair by 7:30 PM. The entire experience lasts around 45 minutes as we complete a full circle.
Remember to dress comfortably and wear running shoes! Don't forget to stretch before arriving. 🧘♀️👟
