Waves x Star Sound Baths ✨

Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and deep relaxation.

We'll begin with a welcoming group walk around beautiful Herrick Lake before settling in for a guided outdoor sound bath led by Marilyn of Star Sound Baths.

If you've never experienced a sound bath before, this is the perfect opportunity to try something new in a supportive, welcoming environment. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you'll be invited to slow down, relax, and simply be present.

Whether you're coming for the walk, the sound bath, or the opportunity to connect with other women, we'd love to have you.
