Hosted by Needle and Femella, and Know Your Needs this event brings together ambitious women who are curious about AI tools, workflow automation, and the systems that power modern businesses. Whether you’re building a career, launching projects, freelancing, or exploring new opportunities, understanding how to use these tools is quickly becoming a powerful advantage.
You don’t need a technical background to start. What matters is curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to learn quickly.
This session combines clear explanations, hands-on experimentation, and conversations with other women who are actively building careers and skills in a rapidly changing landscape.

About Know Your Needs:

Know Your Needs helps organisations create environments where people can truly thrive. Where emotional intelligence, care, and meaning are part of how work gets done, not something added on afterward.

The work began with simple observation: across hundreds of conversations with employees, founders, and creative leaders, the same patterns appeared. What people needed most at work rarely came down to perks or productivity; it was about feeling recognised, supported, and able to grow without losing themselves in the process.

Founded by Ottoline, Know Your Needs brings together decades of curiosity about what helps humans flourish. Her path has blended philosophy, psychology, and lived experience: studying linguistics and Sanskrit philosophy at Oxford, working in Berlin’s fast‑paced tech world, and working for the past 5 years as a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist.

This blend of perspectives shapes an approach grounded in both depth and practicality; one that connects the inner world of people with the outer systems they inhabit.

At its heart, Know Your Needs is about creating workplaces that meet our core human needs for purpose, belonging, and growth. When those needs are met, people don’t just perform better, they feel alive in what they do and connected to the people they do it with.
