Set in the heart of nature, our venue, Stodola Plastovice, is a beautifully renovated farmhouse that marries traditional charm with modern comfort. 🍏 With acres of orchards and the soothing sounds of birdsong, you’ll find a graceful atmosphere of peace and positive energy.

Meet Your Instructors:
Karina Bolan (UK) - A trained yoga therapist, Karina draws on centuries of ancient wisdom while firmly standing in the modern world. With over 14 years of teaching experience in Prague, she has developed her own style of adaptive Hatha yoga, catering to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Learn more about her here.
Simona Kopnicka - A former professional dancer, Simona has competed extensively across the Czech Republic and now passionately teaches Reggaeton, Dancehall, Bachata, and Streetdance. She will lead us in a joyful Somatic Dance class. 💃

• 2 nights' accommodation

Transportation:
Direct trains from Hlavni Nadrazi to Ceske Budejovice are available. Transfers from the train station can be arranged for 200 Kč per person each way. Ample parking is also available at the venue, and we can facilitate car sharing for participants. 🚗
