Engage with professional birthworkers from The Childbirth Collective at our monthly donation-based gathering. This is a wonderful opportunity for pregnant individuals and expecting families to connect with Childbirth Collective members and explore the essential comfort measures for birth. 🧘‍♀️🤱

What to Expect:

• An overview of the fear-tension-pain cycle and the significance of comfort measures.
• Hands-on practice at various comfort measure stations.

Everyone is welcome! While it's not mandatory, we encourage registering in advance for a smoother experience. Walk-ins are also embraced!
