Educator’s ABCs™ Founding Cohort

Join us for the Educator’s ABCs™ Founding Cohort, a transformative initiative by Educate & Elevate designed for TK–12 educators who are passionate about fostering classrooms rooted in Awareness, Belonging, and Compassion.

Instead of introducing yet another initiative, this program integrates culturally responsive practices, social-emotional learning (SEL), restorative approaches, trauma-informed care, and behavior support into a cohesive, human-centered model.

📅 Over the course of a year-long program, participants will:

• Engage in a 2-day intensive workshop
• Participate in a hybrid implementation process spanning 9 months
• Join monthly cohort sessions for reflection and practice application

This program is aimed at educators, especially those in Title I schools, providing Tier 2 behavioral support and serving urban communities. We invite those willing to reflect deeply, challenge their biases, and enhance their teaching practices.

💰 Funding Opportunities:
SCHECHs are available through MDE, along with classroom stipends and micro-grants. Limited scholarships are also offered.
