Join us for an immersive experience designed to regulate the nervous system through movement, breath, sound, and subtle sensory elements.
You’ll move through slow, breath-led sequences, moments of controlled strength, guided group breathing, and a live sound bath. This sequence is designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore energy.
Expect a carefully curated atmosphere with scent, optional grounding touch, stillness, and reflection.
Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded in yourself, so you can move into the week with greater presence, balance, and energy.

Yoga teacher, sound healer, and musician, known for creating deeply immersive experiences through movement and sound.
Esther Kamp
Pilates teacher and holistic movement coach, blending strength, breath, and nervous system regulation into refined, intelligent movement.
What to wear / bring
• Comfortable layered clothing
• Optional: warm socks or a light sweater
• Optional: journal + pen
Mats and props will be provided.
Tea and water will be available.

This is a gentle but immersive experience held at regular room temperature.
This session may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, or are currently experiencing severe anxiety or panic symptoms.
