How Do We Embrace Uncertainty?
Life is full of uncertainty. We can't predict the future, control every outcome, or know exactly what lies ahead. Whether we're making important decisions, facing unexpected challenges, or stepping into new opportunities, uncertainty is something we all experience.

Yet while uncertainty can be unsettling, it can also open the door to growth, discovery, and new possibilities.
So how should we respond to the unknown?

Why do people often struggle with uncertainty? Is it possible to find confidence even when we don't know what the future holds?

• How can embracing uncertainty help us live more meaningful and resilient lives?

This week at IQ Cafe, we'll explore these questions together. After a short introduction, we'll break into small groups for open discussion.

Come share your thoughts, hear different perspectives, and enjoy meaningful conversation in a relaxed and respectful environment. Everyone is welcome!
