Precious Plastic NYC tackles the global plastic waste crisis by collecting materials from streets, schools, businesses, and creative partners. What once defined waste is now reimagined as art, furniture, and home decor—emblematic of New York City's innovative spirit!

• Guided tours of the studio and live demonstrations of machinery in action.
• Engaging hands-on workshops led by skilled makers and designers:
  • Recycled Plastic Earrings Workshop with Rina Shin, a New York-based color and material designer, to create custom earrings from colorful recycled NYC plastics. 🧵✨ The workshop costs $76 per person.
  • Recycled Plastic Planter Workshop with Gary Dusek, the founder of Precious Plastic NYC, where you can shape a planter using the extrusion process. Don’t forget to bring a container for your creation! 🌱💚 This workshop is also $76 per person.
