What if you didn’t have to figure things out — but could sense your way forward?
Join us for an enriching weekend workshop on Focusing, led by Frank Bock and Åsa-Maja Opperdoes! This unique practice, developed by Eugene Gendlin, guides you to connect with your body's implicit knowing — the felt sense.
Instead of relying solely on analysis, Focusing encourages a more mindful, slower, and embodied approach to your experiences. 🌱
