11th Annual St. Louis Open Water Swim Event

🌊 Join us for the 11th Annual Swim Across America - St. Louis Open Water Event! Since 2016, we've proudly raised over $2.3 million for the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and WashU Medicine. This year, with your support, we aim to surpass that milestone!

Over the past decade, this event has become a highlight in the swim community, attracting nearly 600 participants along with many volunteers, spectators, and esteemed guests, including Gold Medal Olympians. Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve reached full capacity for the last four years! 🎉
