2026 Peace of Mind 5K

Two sisters united by one vision are excited to present the Peace of Mind 5K Run/Walk! 🏃‍♀️💖 Our mission is to spread awareness and raise funds for programs that help individuals tackle everyday mental health challenges. When one mind is peaceful, we all thrive as a community!

In the U.S., 40 million individuals face anxiety each year. Through this event, we're addressing the stigma surrounding mental health, promoting positive awareness, and raising funds for scholarships to assist adults in need of effective mental health services.

The Mission:

✨ Build a network of dedicated volunteers

Event Details:

• Custom Event Finisher's Medal
• Dri-Fit Tech T-Shirt
• Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups

Our age groups include: 8 & Under, 9 & 10, 11-13, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over
☕ Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" with granola bars, fruit, water, and Gatorade
🕒 Chip-timed with real-time results and photos available on our website or mobile app (Apple & Google).

Race Day Information:

🗓️ Date: October 10, 2026
🕡 Check-in begins at 6:30 AM at Kiwanis Park.
💵 Registration on race day: $45 for the 5K.
🚫 Wheelchairs, strollers, and leashed pets welcomed, but no roller blades/skates or motorized devices.
☔ This event will take place rain or shine; no refunds due to weather
👕 Race-related items (shirts, medals, etc.) will not be mailed to those who do not attend.
