About Mission 22

Founded by veterans, Mission 22 provides essential support and resources to help veterans and their families thrive. They focus on a holistic approach, offering

• Biometric monitoring
• Meditation and coaching
• Exercise programs and wellness supplements
• Learning resources to aid veterans in contextualizing their experiences

Recognizing that a veteran’s journey is a family experience, they have developed specialized programs for spouses, empowering them to rediscover their identities and strengths. The Ambassador program connects over 3,500 veterans and civilians across all 50 states and beyond, working to raise awareness of the challenges faced by service members, veterans, and their families.
