📝 Tournament Rules

1. Eligibility:

• All bowlers must be 18 years or older with current TNBA and USBC memberships.
• Senior bowlers must be at least 50 and Super Seniors 60.

2. Entries:

• No walk-ins allowed; payment must be made in full by the deadlines stated above.
• Proof of TNBA and USBC certification is required.

3. Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance incur a $10 fee. No refunds under 72 hours unless a replacement is found.

4. Bowling Attire:

• Required: Shirts with permanent name display (no paper tags).
• Not Allowed: Jeans, tank tops, t-shirts, sweatpants, spandex pants, shorts (for men), and certain headgear.
• Females may wear skirts, capris, shorts, or skorts that meet specified length requirements.

5. Dress Code Enforcement:

• Violations incur a $30 fine, payable before bowling.
• The Tournament Director has the final say on dress code infractions.

6. Format:

• Two four-game blocks with a total of 8 games played.
• Top 50% advance for a final round.

7. Ties:

• Ties for advancement settled by 9th & 10th frame roll-offs; cash prize ties split equally.

8. Termination:

• Fund distribution will be prorated if the tournament is cut short due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Prize Fund:

• 100% payout with 1-in-6 cash ratio; specific rules apply for payouts over $2,000.
