50 meters high cascade waterfall hike

Join us for an exhilarating hike to a stunning 50-meter high cascade waterfall next to beautiful Lygnern Lake! 🌲

We'll take a leisurely long picnic break along the way and enjoy the great outdoors. Please note that this hike is not available during the summer when the waterfall may be dry.

Meeting Point:

📍 Åkareplatsen at 11:10

• Bus 101 towards Bollebygd (Departure: 11:23)
• Arrival at Landvettermotet bus stop in 25 minutes.
• From Landvetter centrum at 12:09, take Bus 430 towards Sätila centrum (Journey time: 30 minutes).

Return:

🚌 Bus at 19:30 from Sätila centrum back to Landvetter centrum and then on to Göteborg.

Ticket Info: Västtrafik tickets for zones A, B, and C.

Hike Details:

• Starting and finishing at Sätila Centrum.
• Expect a 4-hour walk covering approximately 16 kilometers with some longer breaks.
• We’ll have some fun with music, volleyball, swims, and plenty of photo opportunities! 🎶🏐📸

Important Notes:

• This is a medium-paced hike, so please adapt your pace to match the group.
• Ensure to wear proper walking boots as the terrain is wet, muddy, bumpy, hilly, and sandy in parts.
• Bring enough water, tea, coffee, and snacks! 💧☕🍏

This event is all about having fun, is free of charge, and open to everyone! If you can't make it, please kindly sign out 24 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly.
