🌱 What to Expect:

We'll kick off with a warm introduction and engaging exercises to help you relax and get into the moment. The A.U.M. Meditation will guide you through 14 emotional themes, including anger, forgiveness, joy, and more. Experience the freedom to express yourself in ways often held back in daily life, guided by trained facilitators who ensure safety and respect throughout.

• 18:00: A.U.M. meditation
• 13:30: Sharing & aftercare
• 14:15: Closing Circle & Potluck
• 15:00: Workshop conclusion

At the end of our journey, we invite you to stay for a lovely communal lunch. Bring a small dish to share, and let's unwind together, deepening our connections in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
