🎬 Animals in War: A Unique Anthology Film and Conversation

🌟 Experience the heart-wrenching stories of courage and compassion in wartime. "Animals in War" is a poignant Ukrainian fiction anthology that brings together seven short films, each rooted in real-life wartime experiences.

🐾 Created by a talented team of Ukrainian and international filmmakers, and produced by Oleh Kokhan of SOTA Cinema Group, this film highlights the often-overlooked role of animals who endure suffering alongside humans during the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

🌍 The initiative, launched in 2022, features a special appearance by actor Sean Penn, who contributes symbolically for a $1 fee in a segment directed by Myroslav Slaboshpytskyi.

🎥 Join us for a screening that is part of the Ukraine Culture Now Association’s mission to showcase Ukrainian cinema, proudly supported by Region Stockholm. The film is presented in Ukrainian and English, complete with English subtitles.
