April Walk - Farndale - Your Time Out with YTO – A Wellbeing Walk in Nature

Join us for a truly serene escape at Your Time Out with YTO – a wellbeing walking experience designed to help you reconnect with nature and nurture your inner self. 🌼 This is not just another walking event; it's a mindful journey through the stunning landscapes of Farndale on the North York Moors.

Led by our experienced YTO walk leaders alongside clinical psychologist David Fong, this day will focus on well-being rather than distance. Expect gentle guided walks combined with moments of mindfulness and self-compassion, perfect for unwinding from life’s hustle and bustle.

What to Expect:

• 🥾 A peaceful walk of around 5–7 miles
• 🌿 Explore mixed terrain including woodlands, riversides, and open countryside
• 🕤 A relaxing day from 9:30am to 4:00pm
• 👥 Intimate group size - maximum of 12 participants
• 🧠 Guidance from YTO and expertise from David Fong
• ✨ Moments to pause, reflect, and rejuvenate in nature
