🇬🇧 Join our engaging nurturing sessions with the Forest Guardians! Together, we will ensure our plants receive the essential water and nutrients necessary for their growth while managing our native space to support the local ecosystem.

Why Participate? This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with your community, discover native Portuguese species, and contribute to making Lisbon greener. Plus, spending time in nature boosts your well-being! Research shows that microorganisms in soil can help release serotonin—the "happiness hormone"—in our brains. Come experience a natural boost of joy!

What We’ll Be Doing
Our activities vary with the seasons, typically including:

• Nurturing: Watering and providing nutrients to young trees.
• Maintenance: Weeding and pruning to support healthy growth.
• Biodiversity: Removing invasive species to allow native plants to thrive.

Event Details

• When: Every other Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00
• Meeting Point: Minifloresta do Areeiro
• What to Bring: A reusable water bottle, snacks, and sun protection.
• What We Provide: All necessary gloves, tools, and loads of positive energy!
