After five fabulous years hosting events across South West London and Surrey, we're thrilled to introduce the inaugural BACK IN TIME FESTIVAL! Join us on Saturday, 2nd May 2026, from 12:00 to 22:00 at Esher Rugby Club, Hersham, Surrey.
Prepare for a day filled with good vibes and throwback grooves led by an incredible lineup of artists and DJs playing the finest in SOUL, FUNK, BOOGIE, HOUSE, CLUB CLASSICS, R&B, and REGGAE!

• Doors open at 12:00 PM | VIP last entry at 3:00 PM | General admission last entry at 4:00 PM | Event ends at 10:00 PM
• Dress code: Fun & Funky—embrace festival outfits, comfy clothing, and shoes (no sportswear)
• Card payments only to ensure speedy service (no cash accepted)
• All food & drink must be purchased on-site; please do not bring items with you
• No chairs or picnic blankets allowed
• Strict no-drugs policy (security reserves the right to search and refuse entry)
• Nearest train station: Hersham South Western Railway (just a 2-minute walk; limited parking available)
