❄️ Cold Water Therapy: Prepare to refresh and revitalize as Vic supports you through a refreshing dip in the Lumi pods, enhancing circulation and mental strength. Utilize the breathwork techniques you’ve learned while Claire introduces the calming vibrations of the Gong, creating a balanced experience that resets your nervous system.

🫖 Reflection Time: We’ll conclude the evening cozied around the fire pit, enjoying herbal tea and sharing our experiences or simply reflecting on our individual journeys.
