You are warmly welcomed to gather in sisterhood during a special Spring Equinox circle, designed to awaken your inner energy, embrace the upcoming season, and reconnect with yourself and other amazing women.

This month, I’m excited to co-host this gathering with Aye, a somatic and art therapist who brings her intuitive spirit.

As we remind ourselves of our strength, softness, resilience, and collective power, there is no better way to celebrate than by coming together in a circle!

With nature beginning to bloom again, this gathering invites you to bloom as well — gently, intentionally, and in community. Together, we’ll shake off the remnants of winter, rediscover your inner spark, and embrace exciting new possibilities within you.

In this nurturing circle, you will be enveloped in a safe and intimate space where you can slow down, be authentically yourself, and feel deeply supported.

Through reflection, open sharing, gentle movement, and a guided ritual, we will honor this seasonal transition — awakening what is ready to rise, expanding into our growth potential, and strengthening our connections with one another.
