Opening Day Events:

• 9 a.m.: Ribbon-Cutting & Street Fair at Sam Smith Park
  Kick off the festivities with a vibrant street fair in collaboration with the Northwest African American Museum! Enjoy live music, fantastic performances, delicious food trucks, activities for kids, and inspiring speeches from community leaders. 📣

• 10 a.m.: First Train Departure
  Be part of history as we launch the world's first light rail passenger service across a floating bridge! The inaugural train will leave Judkins Park Station at 10 a.m. 🌉

• Community Events from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.:
  Explore the new light rail alignment at International District/Chinatown, Judkins Park, Mercer Island, and South Bellevue stations. Experience food trucks, fun giveaways, live performances, and engaging activities for children! 🎶✨ Don't miss the Discover.Stamp.Win! activity, where participants can win exciting prizes, including round trip tickets on Alaska Airlines, with special gifts for the first 1,000 finishers! 🎁
