Join us for a free screening of this powerful documentary that shines a light on the struggles of women in rural India. After losing their husbands to the high suicide rates among farmers, these women come together with a local psychologist to share their stories and support one another through their grief. Among them, 28-year-old Sanjivani discovers the strength to break free from patriarchal traditions and fight for a better future for herself and her children.
This film celebrates the resilience and solidarity of women. Don’t miss CINÉ-LIBERTÉS, a series of free documentary screenings from November to May!
