Two lovers meet in a mutual act of discovery: the warmth of closeness, the rhythm of another body, the electric pulse that builds before touch. In that exploration, boundaries begin to soften. As they draw nearer, edges blur.

Over 24 hours, Climate of Fear and La Noche meet in a shared field of intensity: two collectives with distinct identities, drawn together by the same raw appetite for immersion, sensuality and release. One moves through deep pressure and hypnotic momentum, the other through playful seduction and ecstatic charge. Different textures, nuances of the same pulse.

Backsteinboot becomes the setting for this exchange: an urban jungle unfolding inside an industrial shell. Climate of Fear’s signature organic elements wind through concrete, steel and stone, reflecting a familiar Berlin duality where instinct and structure exist side by side. With April comes a seasonal shift. Winter recedes, the air softens, and the dancefloor opens into something warmer, looser and more exposed.

The sound follows that movement. Heavy bass, breaks and fluid propulsion stretch across the day and into the night, moving between progressive waves of tension and release, impact and flow. Bodies lock into rhythm, energy builds gradually, then peaks all at once. A long form dance shaped by pressure, sweat and connection.

La Noche enters as the mischievous counterpart in this story, bringing its unmistakable queer energy and seductive force into the fold. What binds both collectives is a shared devotion to hedonistic sonic landscapes and to the communities that give them life.

A free shuttle bus runs regularly between Spandau station and Backsteinboot throughout the event, making the journey to and from the island smooth and easy. A nourishing food selection will be available on site during the day to keep bodies moving.

Backsteinboot is step free and wheelchair accessible. Care, consent and mutual respect are at the core of this gathering, and guidelines will be shared on arrival. Discrimination or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated.
