2026 marks the centennial celebration of the legendary saxophonist John Coltrane’s birth. Coltrane 100: Both Directions at Once invites you to partake in this historic moment as an all-star lineup of jazz musicians pay homage to one of the most influential artists in music history. Each performer brings a unique perspective, interpreting Coltrane’s timeless legacy through fresh sounds and original compositions.

As Coltrane once described, his approach to music was like “starting a sentence in the middle, and then going to the beginning and the end of it at the same time... both directions at once.” Expect nothing less than innovative renditions of classic tunes and new works inspired by his impact.
