Contact Improvisation Class | Weekly with Rotating Teachers

Welcome to an engaging weekly drop-in class focused on Contact Improvisation (CI)! Join us for a dynamic 2.5-hour session where you will:

• 🤸‍♀️ Explore technical exercises and BodyMind (Somatic) practices.
• 🔄 Experience jam-like moments fostering creative exploration.
• 💨 Learn how breath, weight, and skeletal alignment enhance your movement.
• 👫 Discover how to take, give weight, and lift safely while embracing the nuances of connection.
• 🌱 Be comfortable in a state of 'not knowing', listening deeply to the present moment.

This class is ideal for everyone—from curious beginners to seasoned dancers! As we rotate teachers every four weeks, you will benefit from diverse teaching styles and approaches. We focus on making the class inclusive, accommodating various levels of experience.

Classes will be conducted in English or Swedish, depending on the instructor and the students' needs.

💰 Cost:

• Single Class: 250 kr
• 5-Class Clip Card: 1000 kr
• 10-Class Clip Card: 1500 kr
