From his early days with the country-rock band Golden Rocket to penning hits for Alabama and other Nashville talents, his journey reflects a deep-seated love for American roots music.

You may recognize Jack from his performances at notable venues like Godfrey Daniels, MusikFest, and the Philadelphia Folk Festival, where he has graced the stage with revered artists such as The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Chris Smither, and Butch Hancock.

Jack enjoys the unique challenge of meeting the expectations set by his illustrious background. A founding member of Golden Rocket in the late '70s, he transitioned through various musical projects, including the energetic band The Rockin' Eddies. His songwriting achievements have earned him respect as a prominent figure in the Philadelphia music scene.

When not performing solo, Jack leads The Blue Tarp Wranglers, showcasing a wide array of American music rooted in deep tradition. With their powerful performances, the band often features special guests to enrich the experience.

Jack has previously released his debut CD, Then There’s That…, and his highly anticipated upcoming album, Blue Tuxedo, will launch following a Kickstarter campaign set for fall 2025.
