Join us for the UK stage debut of Hollywood icon Mischa Barton (The O.C.) in Double Indemnity, an electrifying adaptation of one of the 20th century's most celebrated crime novels.
🕵️♂️ Set in Los Angeles during the tumultuous 1930s, the story follows Walter Huff, a keen-eyed insurance salesman skilled at uncovering scams. When he encounters the dangerously alluring Phyllis Nirdlinger (played by Barton) regarding her husband’s life insurance policy, Walter is ensnared in a desperate web of lust, ambition, and betrayal.
⚖️ Together, they devise a plan to murder her husband, collect the insurance payout, and vanish into the California sunset. Yet, as passion clouds judgment and guilt sabotages their perfect scheme, will they be able to outsmart the law—or each other?
