Downtown Lofts Tour

Rescheduled for 2026! 🌆 Join us on May 2, 2026, from 14:00 - 18:00, for the 2026 Downtown Lofts Tour, hosted by the Downtown Joplin Alliance. Experience the charm of living in downtown as we showcase a selection of historic properties transformed into stylish living spaces! 🏙️✨

This open-house-style tour offers an exclusive look into captivating units, some furnished and occupied, while others are still under renovation or awaiting restoration. Expect to explore stunning properties and possibly discover a new place to call home! 🏡💖

As you meander through a variety of historic and new buildings, appreciate the transformation of industrial spaces into luxurious condos and lofts. Our knowledgeable volunteer docents will be present at each stop to guide you.

Allow at least 2.5 hours to fully enjoy the experience! 🎟️ Tickets are priced at $25, providing access to all properties on the tour and a commemorative guidebook. Tickets will be available starting January 2026.

Don't miss the Tip Top Toast: A VIP Reception Under the Stars from 19:00 - 21:00 on the roof of the historic Columbian Building! Enjoy live music, signature cocktails, and delicious small plates for $75 each (limited availability).

This is a rain or shine event—no refunds will be issued. If weather disrupts our plans, the Tip Top Toast will be relocated to an equally fantastic indoor venue. 🌧️🌟

Volunteer opportunities are available, and volunteers will receive a complimentary tour ticket and a T-shirt! Sign-ups begin in January 2026.

All proceeds support the Downtown Joplin Alliance, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to revitalizing our historic downtown district.
