🚀 How It Works
Each session commences with a brief breathing exercise to center ourselves, followed by a demonstration of simple rhythms. Then, we break into small groups for guided discussions. Afterward, we enjoy a delightful potluck meal, continuing our conversation and connection. We conclude with an energetic session of collective jamming and improvisation.

🗓️ Typical Flow of the Meeting

1. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏻 Arrival & social time – 15 min
2. 🙋🏻‍♀️ Welcome, check-in & centering – 15 min
3. 🪘 Call & Respond Drumming & demo – 15 min
4. 💬 Facilitated Discussion on the Theme (groups of five or so) – 20 min
5. 🦋 Potluck Dinner & Social Time – 40 min
6. 🕺🏽 Open Jamming with Multiple Instruments – 30 min
