Hop into spring with an unforgettable experience at the Hattiesburg Zoo! Join us for the annual Eggz-otic Egg Hunt on April 4, 2026, from 10:00 to 16:00. This is not your ordinary egg hunt; our team has hidden 250 cleverly concealed eggs throughout the zoo waiting for your keen hunting skills! 🎉

Every egg you find comes with a prize, and if you’re fortunate enough to discover a GOLDEN EGG, you'll be rewarded with an eggz-tra special surprise! Families can collect up to two eggs each, so gear up for some friendly competition!

Special Perks for Annual Passholders: Enjoy early entry 15 minutes prior to the general opening hours. 📸 Don't miss a chance to take photos with the Easter Bunny, catch a screening of Peter Rabbit at the Asbury Discovery Center, and let the kids have fun at the coloring station and face painting (available for an additional fee).
