Friday:

• Afternoon Check-In: Arrive and set up your site. Evening is for camping, reconnecting with friends, and warming up for the weekend’s excitement!

Saturday - War Day:

• War Scenarios covering:
  • ⚔️ Combat
  • 🏹 Archery
  • 🎨 Arts & Sciences
• Focus on teamwork, strategy, creativity, and participation across all disciplines.
• Special Evening Event: Join us for a gathering announcing the results of the war and recognizing contributions in all areas.

Sunday - Tournament Day:

• Crown War Tournaments featuring:
  • ⚔️ Combat
  • 🏹 Archery
  • Arts & Sciences
• Note: Arts & Sciences judging originally scheduled for this day will be pushed back to align with Esperance’s quarterly Art Days.

Monday:

• Morning Check-Out: Break camp and bid farewell as the weekend comes to a close.
