About the event
Join us in Copenhagen for a unique weekly gathering that brings together the wisdom of the senior generation in a cozy dinner setting! 🍽️✨
Every Wednesday, a different Silver (senior host) opens their home to a small group of 5-8 curious individuals of all ages. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage with community leaders, intellectuals, artists, and storytellers who are eager to share their life experiences and knowledge over themed dinners.
This week's host is the remarkable Karen Blincoe! 🎉
Karen is a PhD and has dedicated over 30 years to sustainability, education, and design. She has spearheaded initiatives such as the founding of the ICIS Center and Chora 2030 in Denmark, along with her role as Director of Schumacher College in Devon, UK. In 2022, she published her highly acclaimed book, Achieving Sustainability: The Ultimate Human Challenge.
With her heartfelt presence and wisdom, Karen reflects on her journey, noting that her childhood experiences—filled with stories and nature—laid the groundwork for her impactful work in education, culture, and sustainability. 🌱
Prepare for an evening filled with delicious food, insightful conversations, and the chance to meet new people! Don't miss this special opportunity to learn from Karen Blincoe.
