Dive into the captivating rhythms of Forró and Samba de Gafieira, starting from the basics and progressively building your skills as the semester unfolds. Perfect for beginners, but please note that registration is currently closed for newcomers.

What is Forró?

Forró, a vibrant couple dance from northeast Brazil, has a rich history and has transformed into an international phenomenon, filled with diverse musical beats and styles. 🎶

Discover Samba de Gafieira!

Originating in the lively streets of Rio de Janeiro, Samba de Gafieira is characterized by its smooth movements and elegant footwork, all set to the timeless sounds of Brazilian samba. An expressive and social dance, it’s suitable for all skill levels! 🌟
