This is the first time in 52 years that this iconic band will grace Stockholm with their presence, following their debut in Gothenburg on 21 maj 2026!
When FOCUS was formed in 1969, organist/flutist/vocalist Thijs van Leer never imagined leading this remarkable group over 56 years later. The band achieved international fame with their album Moving Waves in 1971, which featured the unforgettable track Hocus Pocus. This song combines van Leer's distinctive yodeling with Jan Akkerman's hard-hitting guitar riffs, becoming a timeless classic. ⚽
The band has gone through various changes while still creating compelling music, with recent releases like Focus 12 (2024). Expect to hear a mix of cherished classics and fresh material, featuring the talents of Thijs van Leer (organ/flute/vocals), Pierre van der Linden (drums), Menno Gootjes (guitar), and Udo Pannekeet (bass). 🎤🎸
