Join us for an enchanting hour of Baroque music as the celebrated violinist Rachell Ellen Wong and talented harpsichordist David Belkovski take the stage once again after their delightful appearance in 2023! 🌟 This intimate recital promises beautifully executed performances of timeless Baroque masterpieces.
GatherNYC is a unique concert series initiated in 2018 by the dynamic duo Laura Metcalf (cello) and Rupert Boyd (guitar). The upcoming 2025-2026 season will feature a total of 31 concerts from October 2025 through May 2026, with shows held every Sunday at 11:00 in The Theater at MAD.
Prepare to immerse yourself in a community-centric atmosphere where you’ll enjoy not just exquisite live classical music by New York's finest, but also delicious artisanal coffee and pastries. ☕🧁 Before each concert, doors open at 10:30 for coffee and pastries, creating a cozy environment for all guests. The experience is capped off with a moment of reflection—celebrating silence and the profound connection that music brings, mimicking the ambiance of a spiritual service where music is the creed and everyone is welcome.
