Hanami, meaning “looking at flowers,” is a cherished Japanese tradition where friends and families gather beneath blooming cherry blossom trees to welcome spring. 🌷 Join us for an enchanting picnic and workshop where we’ll immerse ourselves in the essence of Hanami through creative activities and the joy of nature.

At the event, you can look forward to:

• Creating beautiful origami masterpieces ✂️
• Exploring the art of painting by crafting a cherry blossom branch using simple brushstrokes inspired by traditional ukiyo-e 🎨
• Discovering the beauty of haiku poetry through engaging group exercises 📝
• Learning about botany and the fascinating components of flowers 🌺
• Indulging in delightful mochi sweets while soaking up the spring vibes 🍡

All materials (and mochi! 😊) will be provided for you!
Feel free to bring your own food and drinks to enhance our picnic lunch following the workshop.
