• A Conscious Connected Breathwork journey that gently guides you back to your essence, harmonizing your mind and body through the power of breath.
• An acoustic concert by the talented Victoria Akua, where her heartfelt melodies create a warm and soothing atmosphere.
• Time for reflection with journaling and a sharing circle to conclude the session.

Meet Your Facilitators:

• Lívia Sebők creates a safe, compassionate space for all participants, encouraging you to be your authentic self. With her intuitive guidance and nurturing presence, she helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom through breathwork. Lívia is a seasoned Breathwork & Sauna Facilitator as well as a Meditation Guide.

• Victoria Akua crafts songs that naturally soften the heart. With her genuine energy and meditative folk sound, she encourages listeners to enter a realm of relaxation and grounding.
