Join us for Ignite Tuesday – an exhilarating class dedicated to movement! 🌟
This session is exclusively for the MOVE practice. If you're interested in joining the workshop from 20:00 to 22:00, you should sign up for the MOVE + WORKSHOP event in the calendar.

What to Expect:
IGNITE is all about reconnecting with your true self, awakening your senses, and embracing every facet of your presence. Feeling deeply in touch with your body enhances every other aspect of life—including connection with others!

MOVE involves an hour of immersing yourself in your body through guided movement, sensual dance, and somatic understanding. Here at the House of Play, we celebrate the freedom to feel, express, and move with your sexual energy, inviting you to discover your emotions and what’s alive within you. 💖

Each class features different skilled embodiment facilitators, ensuring that no two MOVE classes or workshops are the same. Make Ignite your weekly ritual for movement, presence, embodiment, play, and connection!

Class Highlights:

• MOVE with Björn Alex Marcus: Contact improv and contemporary flow.
• MOVE with Signe Frydenlund: Focus on couples dance and interaction.
• MOVE with Hülya Vandborg: Embodiment practice through Yin Yoga and Fascial Flow.
• MOVE with Loa: Seeds of contemporary dance, somatic movement, and contact improvisation, rooted in body-based psychotherapy.

• When: Tuesdays 18:30 - 19:30
• Cost: Free for members, 125 kr for non-members (please note, non-member tickets are 130 kr starting February 1st)
• Bring comfortable clothing to move in and a lidded water bottle.
