Refund percentages follow Embratur's guidelines:

• 90% up to 31 days prior
• 80% from 30 to 21 days
• 50% from 20 to 15 days
• 25% from 14 to 8 days
• No refund for cancellations 7 days or less before departure (unless replaced by a waitlisted traveler)
