Join us for an enchanting day at the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanical Garden featuring a delightful picnic followed by an afternoon of lively lawn dancing! 🎶✨

Come dressed in your Regency best and enjoy the wonderful live music from The Westminster Society Players. All dances will be taught, making this the perfect event for beginners and fans of Regency films and TV shows alike. Our friendly community is eager to welcome you!

Event Highlights:

• HISTORICAL MUSIC provided by The Westminster Society Players 🎻
• HISTORICAL DANCING from 2 PM to 6 PM, with calls and instructions given by our trained historical dance instructors.
• Dancing will take place on grass, so please wear sensible low-heel or flat shoes.
• Guests may picnic from noon on the lawn in front of Queen Anne's Cottage. Please arrive early to set up your picnic area, but note: the dance area will be defined prior to your arrival!
• No alcohol is permitted in any public park.
• Bring only what you can carry; there will be NO tram cars available for transporting personal items.
• Refreshments like water and lemonade will be provided for ticketed patrons. 🥤
• Please adhere to all rules and requests from the Los Angeles Arboretum staff as we are honored guests of their park.
