The Madis Sikk Trio, comprised of talented young jazz musicians, specializes in presenting original compositions and unique arrangements. Their music flows freely without strict genre boundaries, drawing inspiration from the crispness and expansiveness of Nordic soundscapes. Expect to be captivated by their improvisation, clever arrangements, and a strong musical message.

About the Artists:

• Madis Sikk has received numerous accolades, including recognition at the Riga International Competition for Young Pianists and the X Estonian Pianists Competition. Currently, he is pursuing his bachelor's degree at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre.
• Karl Madis Pennar, guitarist and composer, won first place in the Big Band Composition Contest for Baltic Young Composers and was awarded the Tiit Pauluse Young Guitarist Prize in 2020.
• Martin Petermann, known for his work with various ensembles, has recorded over 20 albums across different genres and is also an accomplished producer and mixer.
