🏃♂️ Join us for the Kentucky Derby Festival 5K, presented by First Urology, on Friday, April 24, 2026! This exciting event serves as the perfect kickoff to a weekend filled with racing, leading up to the famed Humana miniMarathon and Marathon on Saturday, April 25.
✨ Experience a unique evening run over the picturesque Ohio River just before sunset! This event welcomes participants of all fitness levels, making it a fantastic opportunity for families and festival enthusiasts. If you're participating in the half or full marathon the following day, this 5K is a great way to warm up!
🕖 The run begins at 7 p.m., taking a beautiful looped course starting and finishing at Harbor Lawn in Waterfront Park. You'll even get to run a lap on the Big 4 Bridge!
👟 Open to participants ages 10 and up, everyone will receive a finisher medal and a t-shirt! For those seeking an extra challenge, complete both the 5K and the Humana miniMarathon or Marathon to earn a special challenge medal!
