Join us for the 2nd Annual Lavender Kisses Farm Lavender Festival in the picturesque Hollow Rock, Tennessee! 🌿📍

🌟 Vendor Applications Open
We’re setting the stage for an unforgettable event and are officially opening applications for creative vendors, artisans, and crafters. This is your chance to showcase your unique creations!
👉 What We're Looking For:
• Unique Vendors Only - No premade or mass-produced items
• Food Vendors - Accepting about 5 food vendors only; selection will be competitive
• Nonprofits - Limited spots available
✨ Returning Vendors:
If you were part of the festival last year but didn’t pre-pay for 2026, you will be considered alongside new applications.
🏆 Lavender Booth Contest
Featuring secret judges who will award a prize for the Best Lavender-Themed and Most Eye-Catching Setup! The winner will receive their booth fee refunded!
Every vendor booth must incorporate lavender, whether through the flower, color, fragrance, or creative element. Let’s tell the lavender story together! 💜
📅 Vendor Selection Timeline
- Applications close: End of February
- Vendors announced: Early March
- Selected vendors will have 48 hours to pay once notified
📣 Marketing Requirement
All selected vendors must promote their attendance actively to ensure a successful festival for everyone!
🏕 Vendor Details
• Limited outdoor spots surrounding the lavender fields
• Vendors must bring their own tents (weights required)
• Only 5 booths have electricity access (extra charge); generators are welcome behind booths to minimize noise
