This course is designed for both beginners and those with some experience looking to enhance their throwing skills. Szabina provides step-by-step guidance in a supportive group setting, ensuring you feel confident as you work with clay on the potter’s wheel.

Throughout the course, you will:

• Grasp the basics of centering clay and creating simple cylinders
• Progress to advanced techniques like trimming, adding handles, and creating both open and closed forms
• Participate in a final glazing session after your pieces are bisque fired 🎨

About Szabina Lócki:
A Copenhagen-based ceramic artist from Hungary, Szabina focuses on crafting clean, functional stoneware. Her teaching style highlights the meditative aspect of working with clay, aimed at boosting both technical skills and creative confidence.

Course Details:

• Group Size: 10 participants
• Materials: 4 kg of clay included + pre-firing and glazing fees. Additional clay can be purchased separately.
• Dress Code: Wear practical clothes that can get dusty or dirty.
