Meet Béa, a Colombian living in Chinon, as she navigates the world of natural winemaking in her cellar. Surrounded by indigenous yeasts—those mysterious microorganisms that turn sugar into alcohol—she breaks boundaries and challenges the norms of a traditionally male-dominated industry. Fearlessly, she experiments and expresses her individuality through wine, exploring her personal freedom, uncertainties, and eventually carving out her unique identity in the wine world.
