Warm welcomes to everyone! 🌼
Join us for a serene practice of basic shamata (calm abiding) meditation. You'll receive short instructions prior to the practice, tailored to your needs in either Swedish or English.
This session aims to calm and focus the mind while cultivating concentration and inner clarity, serving as a vital foundation for insight (vipassanā) practice. Enjoy the balance of mindfulness with breathing exercises, alternating between sitting and walking meditation.

Participation is donation-based, with a suggested contribution of 40 kr.
